Two reports, one set of answers
You can mark any question as not shared with the client. The referee is told which ones as they answer, and the client version leaves them out. That choice is recorded when the answer is given, so changing a question set next year cannot expose something a referee was told would stay with you.
The candidate can nominate their own referees
You can send the request to the candidate and let them enter their referees. The reminders and the expiry work the same way, and you are no longer stuck in a chain of emails about whose manager has left.
Question sets that match the role
There are fourteen question sets across thirteen industries. They are built from the same blocks, so a score means the same thing whichever set was used. Registration and licence questions are included where they matter, and there is a safeguarding block for roles in healthcare, education, social care and volunteering.
Nobody has to remember to chase
Referees get a reminder after two days and another after five. The consultant is told if there is still no answer after a week, and the link closes after two weeks. A referee who has replied is never chased again, and if you rang one yourself you can mark it so the reminders stop.
Your brand on it, and your client's on the report
The referee sees your logo and your colours, because their relationship is with you. The finished report can carry your client's brand instead. With the white label add-on our name does not appear on it at all.
The resume you send with it
Whatever the candidate sent you, whether Word, a PDF, a scan or a photo of a printed page, comes back as an editable Word resume on your own template. A blind version takes one click, for clients who shortlist that way. It uses the same login, and you get 20% off both products.
