Your client sees the reference. You see all of it.
An agency needs candid answers and a client-safe document, from the same conversation, without asking the referee twice.
Two reports, one set of answers
Any question can be marked as not shared with the client. The referee is told which ones as they answer, and the client version simply does not contain them. The decision is recorded against the answer at the moment it is given, so editing a question set next year cannot retrospectively expose something a referee was promised would stay between you.
The candidate can nominate their own referees
Send the request to the candidate instead of to a referee, and they enter the names. Same reminder schedule, same expiry, and you stop being the middle of a chain of emails about whose manager left.
Question sets that match the role
Fourteen sets across thirteen industries, all built from the same blocks so a score means the same thing whichever one was used. Registration and licence questions where they matter. A safeguarding block for education, healthcare, social care and volunteering — internal-only by default.
Nobody has to remember to chase
A reminder on day two, another on day five, a nudge to the consultant on day seven, and the link expires on day fourteen. Quiet hours are respected. A referee who has already replied is never chased again, and one you rang yourself can be marked as such so the system stops.
Your brand on it, and your client's on the report
The referee sees your logo and your colours, because their relationship is with you and a page carrying a software vendor's name looks like the phishing attempt it resembles. On the White label plan the finished report carries no mark of ours at all.
