You'll be asked to set up two-factor immediately. An owner account is the one nobody else in your organisation can reset, so it is the one that shouldn't rest on a password alone.

That is one user, and referees see our brand rather than yours. If you want your own logo on it, or a second consultant, the plans start at £80 a month and come with a 14-day trial.
